Barrow-downs
Downs east of the OldForest, where the GreatBarrows were.
In the ThirdAge, during the wars with Angmar, the Dúnedain took refuge there, later the barrows there were inhabited by the evil Barrow-wights from Angmar.
The Sindarin name was ThyrnGorthad.
