Thranduil

A Sindarin Elf, King of the WoodlandRealm, father of Legolas. Thranduil was the son of Oropher of Doriath, the first Sindarin Elvenking of Greenwood, and fought beside him at Dagorlad, where a great many of the Woodland folk were slain.

With the aid of the Dwarves, Thranduil constructed a partially-subterranean palace in the style of Menegroth.
