Silvan Elves

Those tribes of the Elves who were not of the Eldar, less noble and wise in spirit and body than the Eldar, but still good. They lived in forests or mountain-regions. In the third Age most of them lived in kingdoms ruled by Eldar (mostly of the Sindar).
