Venture along with Berethor and the companions he meets as he follows behind the Fellowship and meets up with them along the way. You are given the opportunity to fight along side Gandalf, Gimli, Legolas, Faramir, and others as you help in the battle to save Middle-Earth? from Sauron.

The game is your standard Final Fantasy-style RPG with three characters (four when you are along side the special characters) and the ability to subsitute characters during the battles.
