Lord of Belegost in the BlueMountains. Only the Dwarves could with stand the heart of the dragons of Morgoth at the {Nirnaeth Arnoediad}?. Alas he was slain by Glaurung in that battle. His people carried him out of war in a barial march and no foe dared lay hand on any of them.

He was saved by Maedhros from an Orc raid and gave him the Dragon-helm of Dor-lómin as token of his gratitude.
