Aragorn was exactly (to the day) 210 years old when he died.

He was born on March 1st in the year 2931 of the Third Age, and died on March 1st in the year 120 of the Fourth Age.

The Third Age concluded in the Year 3021, therefore Aragorn lived 90 years in the Third Age, and 120 years in the Fourth Age.

Therefore living for a total of 210 years.
